Scope of work:

The goal of the McCauley Family was to completely renovate their camp on the lake into a cozy lake cottage; making it a safe and inviting place to entertain family and friends and a retreat from the busyness of city life.

The remodel included a new kitchen with granite tops, two bathrooms, new maple flooring, fresh paint, and removing a wall to open up views of the lake.

We also made the home more comfortable and energy efficient by adding to the insulation and installing a new high efficiency HVAC system.
The spray foam insulation on the basement walls and dehumidifier keeps the basement clean, dry, and healthy.

Richard and his staff were very knowledgeable and transparent during the proposal and design process.

They gave realistic estimates for design options and costing.

We received regular updates, including pictures, on the status throughout the project.
