Remodel Exterior Siding

This client wanted to renovate the dated exterior of their home, to create better curb appeal for potential buyers.

We started by removing the old vinyl siding, which had faded over the years. We replaced the vinyl siding with pre-painted wood siding. Pre-painted wood siding has superior performance over siding that is site painted, and it has a better warranty. Then we added trim details for visual appeal. The roof was also replaced with architectural asphalt shingles.

We reconstructed the front porch roof to be more proportional. We also updated the porch posts, rails and skirting with a more traditional style.
